October 4, 2019, Mumbai: Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) issued a communication to the stock exchanges today informing that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday October 14, 2019, in Mumbai, inter alia to:
- Consider the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2019, along with the limited review report of the auditors for the corresponding period.
- Consider the proposal of payment of interim dividend, if any for the financial year ending 31st March, 2020.
The Company shall intimate the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results to the Exchanges upon the conclusion of the aforesaid Board Meeting.
