Declaration of the results of Postal Ballot
Pursuant to Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, approval of Members of the Company was sought by means of Postal Ballot vide Notice dated 31st January, 2020, for the appointment of Mr. Wilhelmus Uijen as a Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from 1st January, 2020, for a period of 5 (five) consecutive years.
Based on the Scrutinizer’s Report dated 19th March, 2020 the Chairman has declared the Results of Postal Ballot as under:

Accordingly, the Resolution as set out in the Postal Ballot Notice dated 31st January, 2020 was passed by shareholders with an overwhelming majority of 99% votes cast in favour of resolution.
